Rose-Lavender Body Scrub

Sugar
Shea butter
Vitamin E oil

Optiphen plus
Natural mica Powder

Application: Wash your skin with a body wash before using a sugar scrub - clean, damp skin is ideal for exfoliation. Massage the scrub gently into your skin with circular motions this self-massage technique helps boost circulation, firm skin and ease tension. A quarter-sized amount of sugar scrub should suffice . For sensitive skin, opt for a body polish, as it contains finer granules. Pay extra attention to areas such as your knees, heels and elbows, as they tend to dry out faster. Experts recommend exfoliating body skin one to two times/week for sensitive skin, two to three times/week for normal skin and three to four times/week for oily skin.

Patch Test Instructions: Choose a small, discreet patch of skin on your body, such as a wrist or behind an ear. Apply a small amount of products, rub it in, and allow it to dry. Cover with a band-aid for accelerated testing. Do not wash that area for at least 24 hours and watch for signs of a reaction such as abnormal redness or irritation. If an adverse reaction occurs discontinue use.
